Baglio San Vincenzo - Azienda Agricola Baglio San Vincenzo
- The Baglio
The “Baglio S. Vincenzo”, situated on a promontory, overlooks the Vallone, through which, in the homonymous land lying to the north-east of Menfi (Ag), runs the S. Vincenzo river. The “Baglio” (name for ancient sicilian farms) is surronded with 12 hills contained between the Belice valley naturalistic preserve and the Carboj valley that degrade towards the Mar d’ Africa. The landscape is caractherized by the alternation of veyards, olive groves, citrus orchards, brooms and daisies, carobs and a valuable variety of prickly pears from Santa Margherita del Belice, which was imported from America more than five centuries ago.

Benanti - Azienda Vinicola Benanti
- t the end of the 1800’s, Giuseppe Benanti, grandfather of Dr. Giuseppe Benanti, began the production of wines on one of his father’s old farms on the slopes of Mount Etna, at Viagrande (Catania). In 1988, Giuseppe Benanti revived the family’s old passion, with an extensive and selective study of the Etnean soils highly devoted to viticulture. He also investigated particular clones of indigenous vines and new oenological techniques to reproduce ancient fragrances using the most modern practices of vinification, in a perfect union of history and reality.

Calatrasi has 150 Ha of vineyards in the area of D.O.C. Monreale (Ginestra) and near Corleone (Campofiorito).
Since 2005 Calatrasi has a new estate of 150 Ha near Mazara.

Conti Testa - Azienda Agricola dei Conti Testa
- Three kinds of wine are currently bottled: the white Inzolia-Chardonnay named Gorgo del Drago , the red Cabernet-Syrah and Conti Testa Nero D' Avola. Wine tasting and group or individual guided-tours of the farm are possible. Furthermore, different food combinations with different price options can be requested.
In Tarantola several fruit preserves, marmalades, different types of rosolio, herb liquors, and aromatic and medicinal plants are produced.

Cos - Azienda Agricola Cos
- We are almost on the point south eastern of the Sicily and the taste of Africa jumps not only with the reminescences of the several architectures, but also with the vegetation: olive groves, carob and almond trees, vineyards, and then a wonderful climate with colour loaded of red, ocher, yellow. It is ancient land: it is enough to dig by the fork, to scratch the ground for little centimeters and all can jumps outside: from the Greek coin to the Proto- italic crock pot.

- The entrance of the current dynamic owner (Francesco Lena, the managing director of the company that has bouth the farm) realized in the early eighties the recostruction of the house where the monks resided once, the restauration of the church and one of the most modern oenological factories. This is how we can taste today the wine with the brand "Abbazia Santa Anastasia", products of a unique quality, respecting the ancient tradition which is typical of these grouds.
