Taking into consideration decades of experience in the market, these young gentlemen consider that it would be viable to produce and bottle red and white wines as well as Marsala and Liqueurs. This choice seems wise because Vigna Alta Bianco, Vigna Alta Rosso and Arabesco Bianco are produced from indigenous grapes that have renowed success.
The gameplan for Frazzitta is as always projected towards continuos development and indeed, at the moment of writing, there is a project for a new winery that can satisfy the needs, preparation and production of said products.
Alessandro and Agostino are aiming high and are in the process of buying land for the cultivation of top quality vines for the production of red and white wines that, in part, sit in aok barrels (240 kg) that guarantee bouquet and after-taste to the red.
The white is by no means treated as an inferior and various types of white wines will go through oak barrels (220 kg) in order to guarantee flavour and bouquet. Of the original two hundred wineries wich produced Marsala wine only ten or maximum fifteen still exist but they intend to continue their endeavours to the full.
